Book your place here: All Aboard! Holiday Club 2026
We would love to welcome you aboard!
- Booking is first come first serve and the last couple of years we have been full and had a waiting list so book early to guarantee your child’s place.
- If you haven’t been to holiday club before, this vimeo should give you an idea of what went on in 2023: https://vimeo.com/852117503
- Children will be split into age appropriate groups with 2+ adults per group of 12 children with the youngest children having junior helpers in their group as well. Over the course of the morning they rotate in their groups between doing crafts, games, themed activities, thinking time in their small groups and refreshments. They will begin and end their morning in an altogether time with all the groups where we have singing, videos, tell jokes, stories and sometimes get a bit messy!
SEN provision: St Mary’s aims to be an all inclusive holiday club, therefore we do our absolute best to work with you to enable your child to attend. We have a sensory chill out area, use visual timetables, choosing boards, have some team members who are familiar with Makaton and using PECS and welcome families to come and have a look round the space beforehand to help their child settle on day 1.
If your child has a special educational need or disability which may require 1-1 support please get in touch BEFORE booking. Unfortunately a 1-1 is not guaranteed and will be provided on a needs basis. Please do get in touch to discuss this as there are various options we can use for children who need additional adult support.
We also welcome children attending with a PA if the child would get on better with a familiar adult (this adult would need a DBS to be on site).
Funded Places: We have a limited amount of funded places or reduced fees places available for families whose children would not be able to attend otherwise due to cost. Please get in touch BEFORE booking if you feel this applies to you. If you are in a position to be able to “donate a day” to enable another child to attend please get in touch.
Any questions, please email Liz on cfcw@eatonsocon.org

Below are some quotes from parents which reflect what they thought of holiday club.
“Thank you to a very successful holiday club! For the first time [child] was excited to be going each morning, no usual anxiety with change of routine for her! I cannot thank you enough for the well thought out time she had this week.”
“[Child] has just loved her time with you all! Thank you so much for everything! We look forward to Sunday!”
“[Child who required a 1-1 at holiday club], and so many of the children with additional needs who attend, simply would not get to experience a holiday club if it wasn’t for this. The benefits are almost immeasurable – the confidence it gives [child], the skills she learns and the opportunity for independence…..I have never seen inclusion – true inclusion – anywhere like we see at St Marys. It tells [child], her sister and our family that we DO belong. And it also shows everyone else that everyone is of value and everyone SHOULD be welcome.”
“My son has attended holiday club the last 2 summers and will continue to attend at every opportunity, he absolutely loves them. He is awaiting Autism diagnosis and struggles with separation anxiety and transitioning, the first year we attended he found the separations extremely difficult despite wanting to be there so desperately, the team of volunteers and Liz’s expertise and skill meant he was well supported and cared for during the separations and went on to have the most wonderful day each day of the week. We have not had success with any other holiday club or drop off type activities for our son and I strongly believe the skill and care and passion for inclusivity is what helps make Liz’s holiday clubs so successful for such a wide range of children. We returned again for a second year and thanks to familiarity, welcoming adults and the opportunity to view the venue beforehand [my son] was able to transition in to holiday club with minimal anxiety which is huge progress that we have not experienced with any other clubs. We are so so grateful to Liz and the team, for all the time and effort they put in to make holiday club so uniquely brilliant, because alongside the expert support and care, the themes and activities are so much fun my son comes out smiling ear to ear full of all the wonderful things he’s learnt and done! Thank you Liz and team x”
“I love that Liz puts me with my friends AND I made a new friend too. And the activities are just so fun! I love it. Can I go again?”
Our investigation board – we added to this every day with the children’s drawings, riddles and jokes
There were lots of codes around the room to solve. These gave the children further information and sometimes extra groups points!
