Bookings are now OPEN for this year’s holiday club at St Mary’s Eaton Socon. The theme this year is “Secret Agents” so get your detective skills at the ready for a week of fun, crafts, stories and games with plenty of code breaking and clue hunting along the way!
Dates: Monday 22nd – Friday 26th July 2024
Times: 9am till 12
Cost: £5 per child per day. This cost includes all snacks and covers entrance to the holiday club celebration and BBQ on Sunday 28th July at 10.30am.
Who: Holiday Club is open to all children who are CURRENTLY in primary education

Booking is first come first serve and the last couple of years we have been full and had a waiting list so book early to guarantee your child’s place.

Children will be split into age appropriate groups and over the course of the morning they rotate in their groups between doing crafts, games, secret agent investigations, thinking time in their small groups and refreshments. They will begin and end their morning in an altogether time with all the groups where we have singing, videos, tell jokes, stories and sometimes get a bit messy!
SEN provision: St Mary’s is an all inclusive holiday club, therefore we do our absolute best to work with you to enable your child to attend. We have a sensory chill out area, use visual timetables, choosing board, have team members who are familiar with Makaton and using PECS and welcome families to come and have a look round the space beforehand to help any child settle on day 1. We aim to provide any children who needs it with a 1-1 or 1-2 support however this is dependant on the number of children who request one and the number of 1-1 adults we have available. We also welcome children attending with a PA if the child would get on better with a familiar adult (this adult would need a DBS to be on site).
Funded Places: We have a limited amount of funded places or reduced fees places available for families whose children would not be able to attend otherwise due to cost. Please get in touch BEFORE booking if you feel this applies to you. If you are in a position to be able to “donate a day” to enable another child to attend, please do get in touch.
