Supporting the Church with our finances is part of our discipleship following Jesus. This helps to resource the Church’s work in the community and the world at large.

Here are some of the ways you can continue to give to the life of St Mary’s:

Parish Giving Scheme (preferred)

The Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) is a tax-efficient way to give regularly to St Mary’s Church. It is our preferred method of receiving donations. Donations can be made monthly, quarterly or annually and can be anonymous if you wish.

Giving Online by Card

You can donate online using Credit or Debit Cards, either a one-off donation or something more regular. Please click on the Donate button below to access our safe and secure donate page:

Giving by Bank Standing Order

To give regularly, either monthly, quarterly or yearly, fill in a bank Standing Order form and either return it to the Treasurer at church or take it to your bank to set it up.

Shopping Online

You can help support us when shopping online. Through easyfundraising, St Mary’s will receive a small commission from each purchase you make at no extra cost to you.

Gift Aid

Gift aid enables us to claim an extra 25% of your gift from the government at no additional cost to you. This is because we are a registered Charity (Charity No 1130537).
To qualify for gift aid, you must pay Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount of Gift Aid that charities you donate to will claim. 
Unless you give via the Parish Giving Scheme, we need an up-to-date gift aid declaration form, so we can claim gift aid. You can complete this at any service, download the form below and return it to us, or we can send you one.
